About the collection

The Mellon Seminar on Public Engagement and Collaborative Research is divided into four working groups: Mediating the Archive; Narrating Change, Changing Narratives; Social Choreography: Exhibition and Performance; and Translation. Each working group is made up of CUNY faculty and community partners, who work together to produce, support, and share projects, ideas, plans, and public programs. The Seminar on Public Engagement and Collaborative Research supports and amplifies the intellectual, creative, and digital work emerging at the convergence of the arts and humanities, the digital humanities, the humanities-related social sciences, and social justice.
