Sarah Hildebrand is a Ph.D. Candidate in English at The Graduate Center, City University of New York and a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Lehman College. She received her M.A. in English from the University of Washington, Seattle. Sarah is currently investigating the roles of illness and environment in 20th and 21st century autobiography and graphic memoir. Her research interests include the intersections of Ecocriticism and the Medical Humanities.
