Alyse Keller is an Assistant Professor at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn. She teaches in the Department of Communications and Performing Arts. Her research and teaching interests include: health communication, disability studies, family communication, chronic illness, and performance studies. She is particularly interested in how performance and storytelling can help families understand and navigate the caregiving and illness experience. Alyse received her PhD in Communication Studies in 2017 from the University of South Florida.
