Alyssa Bralower is a PhD student in Art History at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research primarily focuses on women photographers in the interwar period. She has previously worked as a gallery assistant at Figure One in Champaign, IL and has held curatorial internships at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C., and the Krannert Art Museum in Urbana, IL. In addition to her museum work, she received a 2018 Summer Intensive Language Grant from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
