Fran Dossin received a PhD in Cultural History from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with a doctoral fellowship at École des Hautes Études en Science Sociales (EHESS), and a Masters Degree in Visual Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC). Fran develops research that articulates the relationship of time and space in different visualities, and the depiction of history in contemporary art.
