Javier Antonio González writes, directs and teaches theater in New York City. He teaches at La Guardia Community College and is the artistic director of Caborca with whom he has made: Distant Star (A.R.T.), Zoetrope (Pregones Theater), Open up, Hadrian (Magic Futurebox), El correo de la noche (IRT), FLORIDITA, My Love (Teatro LATEA /IATI Theater), Barceloneta, de noche (IATI Theater), among others. He has appeared in projects by El Kibutz del Deseo (The Sound of Ill Days), Dangerous Ground (Paris Belongs to Us and Solaris), and most recently is working on his first feature film, The Entitlement. He holds an MA in Theatre Direction from Columbia University.
